When creating an account, or before acquiring a Product, we will ask you to review this Policy and accept its contents before proceeding. You should read this policy in full before proceeding. If you don’t want us to collect, use or share your personal information as outlined in this Privacy Policy, or if you are under 18 years old and unsupervised by parents or legal guardians, please stop using our Websites or App.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is unreasonable, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we could refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it could take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
We retain your data only as long as is necessary and only for the purpose for which we obtained it. Our retention periods are based on business needs or legal obligations and your information that is no longer needed is either irreversibly anonymized or destroyed securely. Our website and services are not intended for children under 16 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information to us without parental consent. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
