GENERAL CONDITIONS

Introduction

1.1 Parties and definitions:

  1. “Client” is any person wishing to make a transaction on Coincart;
  2. “Supplier” means one of Coincart suppliers (as of February 19th 2025, ACER Predator);
  3. “Merchant” is Coincart, the platform processing the sales;
  4. “Transporter” is the company that ships the Orders (DHL in Europe).

1.2 Purpose of this agreement
The purpose of this agreement is to define the terms and responsabilities of each party during the order of a Product on Coincart by the Client.

2. Purpose

2.2 Coincart administrates the usage of the platform, listing Suppliers products and processing sales for Clients. Coincart transfers the orders to the Supplier, communicates the shipping URL and informations to the Client, and answers any question the Client might have regarding his order, refund or warranty. If there is a problem with the order, Coincart pledges to do everything possible to help the Client resolve the situation.

3. Products

3.1 As of February 20th 2025, Coincart sells all the ACER / Predator catalog. Coincart will add new product listings from other brands in the future.

3.2 Availability
Coincart updates availability of each product daily. Now, in the unlikely case where a client orders a product that is no longer available in the supplier (ACER Europe) stock, Coincart will offer two options to the Client by email. The first option will be to wait X days for the supplier to resupply before shipping the product. The second option will be an immediate 100% refund including shipping fees and gaz fees. If the Client doesn’t select an option, Coincart will automatically select option 1.

3.3 Pricing
Prices are subject to change. They do not include shipping fees, that are displayed separatly during checkout.

4. Payment terms

4.1 Payment processors
Coincart uses BTCPay Server.
BTCPay Server does not log Client IP adress, or any information regarding the Client or its crypto wallets and funds.

4.2 Cryptos accepted
As of May 20th 2025, BTCPay Server accepts BTC, USDT (TRON) and XMR.

4.3 Payment processing
Once the transaction is done, after ~7 seconds, BTCPay server will detect the transaction and display a notification on the screen. The Client understands that Coincart will wait for at least one miner confirmation on the blockchain (which can take up to 30 minuts on BTC blockchain) before considering the payment confirmed and starting the order. At this point, the client will recieve a payment confirmation by mail.

5. Order acceptance and cancelation

5.1 Coincart reserves the right to cancel the order, notably for the following reasons:
– Insufficient shipping adress likely leading to a failed delivery.
– missing email or phone number, fake phone number.
– missing inventory on Supplier stock, Coincart not being able to fulfill the order.
– any other reason
In those cases, Coincart will notify the Client my mail and 100% refund the order to the Client.

5.2 The Client can cancel the order during 14 days after recieving the product and get a refund, see 7.

6. Shipping and delivery

6.1 The Supplier processes every order via DHL, and so does Coincart.

6.2 After payment confirmation, it usually takes 2 days for the Supplier to ship the product. Coincart will then transfer the shipping number and URL to the Client, so that he can follow the delivery.

6.3 After shipping, the Transporter has the Client adress and phone number. It is the Client responsability to reception the shipment. Coincart should not be help liable if there is a problem with the delivery.

6.4 DHL delivery times are usually 2-4 days in France depending on the location.

7. Customer responsabilities

7.1 When the client visits Coincart, places an order or sends emails, he is communicating with Coincart electronically. For contractual purposes, he agrees to receive communications electronically and he acknowledges that all notices, agreements, disclosures and other communications provided by the Merchant electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

7.2 By placing an order on the Site, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and Client represents and warrants that he is eighteen (18) years of age or older and is legally entitled to use his chosen payment method. The client will be given the opportunity to review his order, and correct any input errors, before submitting your order to us.

7.3 To be valid, the order requires at least 1. A valid adress 2. A valid delivery phone number 3. An email.

7.4 The Client understands that the adress he provided will be communicated to the Supplier as well as the Transporter DHL. In order to garantee good delivery, the Client should therefore input all the necesary adress elements, including but not limited to notes, appartment number, optional business or personal name. Coincart should not be liable if the Transporter fails to find the Client Adress, or ships to an incorrect adress.

7.5 The Client understands that the phone he provided will be communicated to the Supplier as well as the Transporter DHL. The Transporter will send via text messages regular informations regarding the order to the phone number (shipping started, shipping number, shipping finished, eventual delays regarding shipment). The Client understands that the Transporter might call the phone number when processing the delivery. Coincart should not be liable if the phone number provided by the Client is incorrect, or if the Client doesn’t answer the phone messages / calls regarding the delivery.

7.6 Once the order is paid, Coincart sends mail notifications to the Client via the Email he provided (payment confirmation, order sent with shipping number, shipment finished). The client understands that providing an email that he does not have access to will not only make him uncapable of reading the mail notifications, but also will make Coincart incapable of recognising the Clients identity and orders through his email, in case there is a problem with the order for example.

7.7 The Client is responsible for complying to local laws regarding cryptocurrency transactions. Coincart should not be held liable if the Client does not abide by them.

8. 14 days free return

8.1 The Client has a period of fourteen days to withdraw from the contract without having to justify his decision and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in clause 5. The withdrawal period expires after a period of fourteen days. This period starts when the shipment is terminated by the Transporter.

8.2 In order to exercise his right of withdrawal, the Client must inform the Merchant of his decision to withdraw from the contract with an unambiguous statement (e.g. an email to coincart.store@proton.me) before the end of the 14 days period. In order to authenticate this email, it must contain 1. The wallet adress that paid for this order. 2. The exact crypto paid (ex: 0.015 BTC). 3. The date the payment was made. 4. The order number (visible in the payment confirmation email).

8.3 Coincart will then confirm return and communicate to the informations required on the package (adress and serial / order numbers).

8.4 The Client must then return all the product(s) without undue delay. Given the risk of loss or damage to the Products as mentioned in Article 6.6, we recommend using a carrier that allows tracking and monitoring of the delivery status for your returns.

8.5 Once the product is recieved by the Supplier, and once the Supplier confirms that the product was not altered or damaged, we will refund you within 24 hours, excluding, the costs of delivery. We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back.

9. Warranty (if applicable)

Coincart applies every Supplier warranties (“manufacturer warranties”). The Client is invited to check in the Product specifications if the product he is buying has a warranty period.

The Client understands that Coincart did the purchase in his stead at the Supplier shop. Therefore, Coincart has the Warranty informations. If the Client wants to activate his purchase warranty, he should contact Coincart through coincart.store@proton.me
Coincart will then communicate to him every information needed to contact ACER support regarding his warranty.

10. Limitation ofliability

Coincart shall not be liable in the event of delivery error on the Supplier or Transporter side.

Coincart shall not be liable in the event of Product issues.

However, Coincart will do everything possible to help the Client resolve the situation if a problem arises.

11. Amendment to terms

Coincart reserves the right to change those terms.

13. User accounts responsabilities

The Client can, but is not obliged to, create an account on Coincart. It takes one mail and one password.

The account will be updated with orders informations, such as shipping URL and shipping status.
